If not, please read on. Even if you are feeling abundant, maybe you know someone who is not.

Below are some easy tips to easily flow into the state of abundance. Abundance is a feeling and more importantly a mindset that will control your actions. If you think you must be poor in order to have a scarcity mindset, you are mistaken. The converse is also true, you can have a large bank account and still be in a scarcity mode. These people are misers both with their money and time.

The good news is, this can easily be changed. It just requires an action. When you follow the tips below for 21 days, you will see a massive shift towards an abundant mindset.

Here are the 5 Effective Ways to Flow in an Abundant Mindset

1. Buy yourself a gift

While this might seem counterintuitive, nothing could be further from the truth. I am suggesting low-cost purchases. It’s about changing the mindset that you are currently in. You may walk into a $5 below or even a dollar store and allow yourself to purchase any five items. Acknowledge that you have the ability to do so. That is empowerment.

2. Gratitude

Find five things that you already have that you are grateful for. Write them down on a piece of paper and keep them with you or Post It a place at home where you see them frequently. It is a constant reminder that you already have things that you are grateful for.

Also, keep a gratitude jar at home. Keep Post Its and a pen nearby and every morning upon waking up, jot down one thing you are grateful for and place it in your jar. If ever you feel like you are slipping out of abundance, just read the notes in your pocket or the Post Its in your jar to flow back to abundance.

3. Raise Your Vibration

Find free or low-cost activities or hobbies that make you feel good. You can go hiking, do some gardening, engage in sports or have an exercise, hit the beach, pet your dog or visit a nearby park. Any of these activities will raise your vibration and change your mindset.

4. Give someone a Small Gift

It doesn’t matter if it is homemade or low cost. It could be picking wildflowers or doing a task for a loved one. Be creative, you can draw or write a poem. When we give to someone we care about, we feel richer for it. That will change how we feel about what we have already and we have it in abundance.

5. Volunteer

Give your time or service to a cause you truly care about. This is “killing two birds with one stone”. You will feel better about yourself and you will be helping others as well. You will also realize that you have much more than many others.
